Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Executive to own and drive forwards the marketing of our Reliance Protect and Reliance Technology Care Solutions brands and solutions, and also support the wider Reliance High-Tech marketing initiatives.

This is both a strategic and operational hands-on role working with internal resources and external organisations, with the opportunity to play a big part in growing 3 exciting brands, and shape and grow the marketing function.

Your Responsibilities

The role involves:

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform campaigns and product positioning.
  • Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI across all activities.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, and events).
  • Collaborate with internal resources to deliver high-quality content and materials.
  • Analyse campaign performance, leveraging data to optimise outcomes and ROI.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Responsibility for the development and management of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Drive the company’s online presence through SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage social media content, website content and uploads, case studies, blogs, videos and animations.

– Monitor and analyse website traffic, social media engagement, and other KPIs, using insights to refine strategies and day to day activities.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Working closely with the Sales team, develop customer acquisition strategies to grow the customer base, ensuring alignment of activities.
  • Develop and manage an ongoing customers comms strategy reinforcing that customer partnership ethos.

– Develop and execute strategies with key stakeholders such as charities to drive awareness of the brands and products.

Events

  • Identify and assess the potential ROI for national, regional and industry centric events
  • Working with the Sales team, plan each event ensuring sufficient collateral, stand management, pre event comms and promotion, lead capture.
  • Post event lead follow-up and comms.
  • Track ROI per event to feed into future event presence.

Reporting

  • Track, analyse and report key metrics and performance against KPIs and specific campaign ROI.

Your Profile

You will be educated to Degree level in a related field such as Marketing or Business Administration with at least 3 years marketing experience and proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
